Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges - We do not accept returns. If your items arrive damaged please email us at connect.futureisu@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will require some type of photographic evidence to process your return. Due to the color of some items, it is hard to accurately represent them in a photo, we do not accept returns due to the colors of items on arrival. Also, If you receive the wrong size please feel free to email us at our support email. (Pre-Orders Can Not Be Canceled Once Placed. Pre-order Items Are Final Sale)
